I feel like a workout failure. All this time I was just exercising my body, when I should have been exercising AND learning how to fend off predators in a foreign country.

Wow! What a slacker I have been! All this time I was speaking those lines in English when I really should have been learning how to say them in some foreign language while doing that uber-strenuous workout. Well, that explains my zero weight loss, I guess :(
p.s. what occupation are they preparing these girls for? with all the chest pumping and the references to street corners and getting started on that right away- i'm just saying, it sounds kinda sketchy...
Hey, it's me again. k. I just have to say that you did us no favors with this video--Christian and I kept repeating the phrases over and over all night last night, kinda like that annoying Barney the Dinosaur song that gets stuck in your head and NEVER GETS OUT!!! At one point Christian innocently went to stretch his back with his elbows out, and without saying a word, we just looked at each other and started cracking up. Dave had no idea what was up with that. Of course, we then had to get him hooked on it too . . .
I'm with Deon. I've been slacking too. All this time I thought "next" was a one syllable word. Apparently, the video works...ya don't see a lot of obese Japanese women. Spare me my life already!!
the chirpy little tune was a nice touch....makes the idea of getting assaulted by two men less scary. and those moves...lets just say they would probably stun any predator.
