We're gearing up for the first visit from the tooth fairy. I don't know how long it takes from loose to gone, but Maddie sure is excited.
What does (or did) the tooth fairy give your kids? I think we always got a dollar. Have times changed?

I remember getting quarters, don't remember how many though. The tooth fairy brings a dollar bill to my girlies. How fun, she's sure growing up....fast!
I got quarters for teeth, and several quarters for molars. Our little neighbor girl just lost her first tooth and got $1.40. The price of teeth must have gone up some over the past years, right?
Maggie will be so jealous when I tell her- she asks me to check every day if her teeth have started getting loose- especially ever since the dentist saw her permanent teeth in her x-rays and said it won't be long 'til they grow in (that was back in March- thanks a lot, dentist...).
Wow there were some rich tooth fairies. I got a quarter or if the dentist had to pull it I got $0.50. What the crap...
$1.00 is the going rate around these parts. Chloe can't figure out why her cousin gets $5! I can't either. So, please help me out here and don't let the tooth fairy leave more than a buck!
